Proposal

Use the default implementation of pyproject.toml and remove deprecated requirements files.

What needs to be done

  • Add pyproject.toml
  • Remove pipfile
  • Remove requirements.txt
  • Update the Dockerfile reference with pip install ., do not use requirements.txt
