bisq-cli offers no way of querying all market trades

For offers it is possible to query both all the offers available as well as only our own ones:

getoffers                --direction=<buy|sell> \                            Get current offers

But for trades there is no way of querying all trades for a market, we can only see the ones we have made:

gettrades                [--category=<open|closed|failed>]                   Get open (default), closed, or failed trades

gettrade                 --trade-id=<trade-id> \                             Get trade summary or full contract
                         [--show-contract=<true|false>]                      

I propose to have four commands for querying trades instead of two, following the same naming scheme. I.e.:

• gettrades and gettrade (for querying all trades made on Bisq, the first one would need a --currency-code= filter I guess)
• getmytrades and getmytrade (they would do what gettrades and gettrade do at the moment)

Plus making the needed changes in the API exposed by the daemon obviously.
