Unable to upgrade to Node 20 (without running yarn ignore-engines).

The upgrade will be finished before the end of official support on October 22, 2024.
Unfortunately, we are unable to dedicate time to this task at this time.

I've noticed some essential actions required for the successful upgrading of Node to version 20, including upgrading nx, which contains breaking changes.
This procedure entails more than just a simple numerical update; a thorough strategy is necessary.
