Importing partition information in BEAUti 1.10.x

From an e-mail I received (sounds like a bug as it worked in previous versions):
When you want to import a nexus file with protein sequence data and partition information into BEAUTi v1.10.x, the program simply refrains from importing the data without any error message. Excluding the partition blocks from the nexus file leads to a normal import of the complete data set. Thus the issue is apparently with the partitioning information, but changing "anything" in the "assumptions" block does not help.
The problem occurs only with BEAUTi v1.10.x , earlier versions work fine.
