This is the unvoiced version of Dzze (/). Both are used in historic Abkhaz orthography.

Its form is derived from an upright Te with a miniature Es used as a descender

Its italic form is either unknown or not well documented online, as even the Unicode proposal doesn't show it — I even checked the sources it cites, but the only other images they provide in lieu of an italic/cursive form is that of a standalone Georgian letter used in an even older version of the Cyrillic orthography.
