support command line breaks on help #1

When I break line on usage, from:

  azk start [<system>] [--reprovision --rebuild --open --open-with=<app>] [-qh] [l=<level>] [-v]...

to:

  azk start [<system>] [--reprovision --rebuild --open --open-with=<app>]
            [-qh] [l=<level>] [-v]...

help command only shows the first line:
