Provide arm64 platform image

With Apple Silicon being the only version of MacBook Pro available these days (Feb 2023) developers are forced to run armoz/sftp containers in AMD64 emulation which, according to Docker, "may have poor performance or fail, if run via emulation".
The request is to provide armoz/sftp images for arm64 (Apple silicon) platform.

There appears to be an open issue on the same topic (but with different reasoning, i.e. raspberry pi vs apple silicon) and there is even an open PR.

@SergiiTsymbal, I forked this repository a few months ago to fix the (now fixed) automated build issue, as well as add SCP support and to build multi-platform images (including ARM). So, you can run it on the Raspberry Pi or Apple Silicon based machines. Docker Image - jmcombs/sftp & just in case you want to review the code: jmcombs/sftp
