Steps to replicate

hover over a channel block while preivew is on, but not fully onto the thumbnail area

Expected result

the thumbnail should be more transparent so you can read the channel info etc.

Actual result

the thumbnail only goes to correct opacity when you're moused over the thumnnail area, not the whole channel block zone

what's the hover area? how much more transparent?
