Loading state:
Currently the Tokens app has a completely blank loading screen on its initial sync.

Empty screen:
If your tokens app hasn't minted any tokens yet, it looks like this (screenshot). Looks like it can use a better placeholder image to match Aragon 0.8.

We've been a bit slow in updating this particular illustration because most organizations don't start with empty tokens apps :).
