Selenium dotnet client already has a way to add a custom driver command. So this is maybe what we have added on some clients to add custom commands.

Ideally, we'd like to provide users to add new commands without any Appium client's implementation. So re-use the selenium's implementation to reduce Appium specific implementation (mostly to reduce maintenance cost)
