az cli not found in ubuntu 22.04 #10604

Description

The command is not found in ubuntu 22.04 image

az --version
az: command not found

dpkg -L azure-cli
dpkg-query: package 'azure-cli' is not installed

Is it regression?

not sure

Expected behavior

All az commands like the following should work.
az --version

Actual behavior

az --version
az: command not found

Repro steps

Launch the image and run the command

Hi @fieldsfarmer - Azure CLi is available in the ubuntu22.04 image. Can you please recheck it again and also re-produce the steps.
