Please give us a description of what happened

Hi there.
I'v got large database (1+ million posts, 1+ million users). Also i use Elastic for fast queries, search, etc.

Currently i can't save post and yoast data using gutenberg editor.

Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 () - https://site-name.com/wp-json/wp/v2/pages/3601475?_locale=user

This happens on pages that contain server-side gutenberg blocks with posts and user data. Each block uses rest api (own url).

If i deactivate Yoast plugin and save the post again, there are no errors. Also no any errors on clean or small database.
