Accessing site on 2013 Nexus 7 tablet running Android 4.4.2.

NASA budget history graph isn't showing below the video when I use Chrome browser (latest version).

Budget history graph isn't properly scaled when using Firefox beta browser (latest version). I simply see the top of the graph' peak, but not the rest of the graph.
