Add a PopVox letters sent gauge to the Take Action page. PopVox has an API available that allows us to access the numbers of letters sent to Congress for a particular issue. Let's create a gauge of some kind that illustrates exactly how many letters have been sent!

Think 'We The People' or Change.org petition pages. If we do a temperature bar like they have, we can push people to help us reach a certain goal!
