I have been experimenting with TrajGWAS recently. Great package!
Often I use SnpArrays to manipulate genotype data. I seems to me that it would be very convenient to reference the SnpData object directly when making a call to trajgwas, rather than pointing to a set of for example plink files. Then I wouldn't need to keep track of names of files that SnpData creates.
Is this possible? Or should I rather point to the files that SnpArrays create when filtering etc.? Maybe there is something i'm not seeing.
All the best,
Espen
