Changing network settings

I have built a scoreboard with my network settings (for setup and configuration) . All is working well. My problem is I want to give it to my brother in law, is there a way for me to change network settings on my end before I give it to him so it will run when he gets home. I already have the startup script running on it so it should start running when plugged in. Just don’t know how to change network settings on my end for his network.
