Thank you so much for developing this great tool.

I have scRNAseq data from 30 plus samples, around 200k cells and I tried to run magic using this code:

rna.counts_MAGIC <- magic(rna.counts, n.jobs = 10)

In htop though I really don't see it using more than one processor. It is been running for 4 days straight without using more than 1 cpu. How can I make it work?
