This means, form creator will be able to create n number of unique links for one form and distribute them to the people they want to share with.

I believe it's already the case, no? e.g. when I create a form I'm given an unique link that I can pass to the people I want to share the form with. What's different in the scenario you have in mind?

I was thinking of a scenario when I have 10 people I want to share my link with and I can create 10 unique links for all of them. Once any link is submitted, that link can't be used anymore. Thus it ensures only one response per link shared. ( #174 ?)

(or may be I'm over-thinking 😛 , what do you think?)

But since you have already tagged #174 as wont do. I think you can tag this one with the same or close it.

I like to think about use cases: if we really have a use case for this, why not, but I believe it will be harder for the user to manage such links. If we really want it, we could make a button to generate "unique links" that are valable only for one answer, but I feel something is fishy with this approach.
