AllFailedEventsJdbcImpl.mapFailedEventsFromResultSet() creates Event without feedUri attribute. #1

Should use the Event(String id, String content, String title, String feedUri) constructor to recreate the event.
Also

While recreating FailedEvent for processing, the FailedEvent always points to the /recent, instead of the url where the event originated.
