Google provides Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) data for its datacenters on a quarterly and trailing twelve month basis, but does not clearly map datacenters to cloud regions, and does not provide PUE for cloud regions that are in shared colocation facilites around the world.
We'd like to have a clearer mapping of an average or typical PUE value that can be used by SCI calculations for a calendar year for each region, including estimates for shared colocation regions, to bring this data set into alignment with Azure.

I've pulled the GCP PUE data that is publicly available, which should stand as a good starting point. It's not comprehensive, so I will need to follow up internally in additional PUE data public availability.
