I realize this isn't an issue but I wasn't sure how to contact all the contributors. I noticed that the project hasn't been touched in quite some time. My question is this: has the project been abandoned? If so, is it because the approach is unsound or is there some other reason? I'm looking for a MongoDB migration tool and Midas seems like an interesting piece of software but I don't want to invest time if the approach has proven to be flawed somehow.

Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron,

Thanks for showing interest in Midas. Yes, the project has been parked for
quite sometime. The reason was not the approach being unsound or flawed.
The project works fine with mongo versions below 2.6 (as that was the
latest version at the time). We have not tested it with 2.6 or higher
version. You can try it out with your version and let us know the feedback.

Feel free to contribute to the project , we will be happy to take your
contribution.

Thanks
Midas Team

Thanks for the note. I'll poke around the code a bit more and see what the team wants to do.

Thanks,
Ron
