Check QGIS version 3.28.10-Firenze for netCDF permission errors

For a specific user, every first computation works, but every repeated computation (with the same output name) fails.

It results in a PermissionError, for both the raster as the mesh data. The netCDF does get "cleaned", its size is 0 kb.
I wonder if this is a GDAL or QGIS bug, which is maybe related to this specific QGIS version.

At the least, it would be good to try this version ourselves.
