Feature Request: Show rendering status and time #235

I think my model took about 10 second to render.
It's difficult to know it's still rendering or done.

Can I see current status like "Rendering..." message in status bar?
Also it's nice to have "Rendering is done in xx second" status.

This is related to #14 but independent.
